OPL-ADVISORS REPORTING
OPL-Advisors utilizes both standard and customized reporting formats to provide all clients with the information they need to manage their businesses. Our Standard Report package includes:
EMPLOYEE STATISTICS - which includes aggregate information on the number of employees, dependents and family size.
VERIFICATION STATISTICS - this a detail and summary series of reports produced throughout the documentation phase of our Dependent Eligibility Verfication process. Included in this series of reports is a final detail report which provides our client with total dependents verified, total dependents who could not be verified with rationale and any unique situations which may require additional review.
OPERATION ACTIVITIES STATISTICS - this is a detail and summary series of reports which provide employers with information on all employee communications activities. Some examples are: number of employee questionnaires sent, returned, undeliverable, total second requests and total non compliance letters sent. Information on telephonic activities and other electronic communication is also included in this series of reports.
SAVINGS STATISTICS- this summary report projects savings for three years (more if requested) and includes a Return on Investment projection.
This is not a complete list of all that is included in our Standard Report package, but is representative of the reporting we provide as part of our service model. As stated, we do customize reporting to meet the special needs of each customer.
